Product Returns and Refunds

Ogden Made exists to make people happy with awesome handmade American products. So, what if you aren’t fully satisfied? Well, if you decide that you would like to return or exchange your product, we are here to help.

Returns made within 15 days of shipment will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Returns made after 15 days are eligible for a partial refund*. Products need to be returned in the same condition and packaging you received them in along with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Returns are a breeze, simply:

  1. Request an RMA by emailing us at info@ogdenmade.com. Please include your name and order number along with the reason you would like to return the product. Once your request has been reviewed and an RMA issued, please ...

  2. Send the original order item(s) and a copy of the RMA to the address that is emailed to you.

  3. You are done. Once we receive the items and process the return you will receive your refund or store credit. Usually within a few working days.

IMPORTANT! If we don't receive the shipment, or you don't include an RMA, it is nearly impossible for us to refund your order, so please choose a shipping method you can track and include all the bits.

What if I'm returning a product because of a defect. Well, that is nearly impossible because we never make mistakes. Okay, so we are human and can make mistakes. We will do our very best to make it right, that includes replacing the product shipping pre-paid in a timely manner. Check out our Warranty for details.

*Partial refunds are subjective based off time after order and other factors determined by Ogden Made.
